Yesterday, I was towed in to T & A around noon. I have not been a customer of theirs but I was treated as if I was an old friend. They diagnosed my car and found I needed a new starter motor. I was told it would be around noon the following day before I would get it back. I got a call about 11:00 my car was ready (an hour early). The bill was reasonable, compared to a dealer and the starter motor has a lifetime warranty. T & A drove me home after the drop-off and picked me up at my home, the following day, to allow me to pick-up my repaired car. All the people I spoke with were courteous, considerate, and concerned about my problem. Everything I saw showed me a company that had a great management, concern for the customer, and efficient. I place T & A at the top of their class for customer service and quality automotive repair. A good company with great people.

We have been doing business with T&A since arriving in Milton 14 years ago and have always had a pleasant experience. I have been using this shop for years, cars of different ages and road worthiness. Never have I been given any problems. Whether its being the 1st customer in the lot before they open or coming in 15 minutes before they close with a screw in my tire. T&A has always been there to help me. Staff is always friendly even on their grumpy days.
